It has been described in association with various intracardiac lesions. In this report we describe the clinical presentation, investigations, and surgical management of a very peculiar case of a 4-year-old female with isolated left brachiocephalic trunk and bilateral patent arterial ducts without associated congenital heart defect, in the setting of 22q11 microdeletion.
